Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping within USA. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Flat rate of $10. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Arabic Calligraphy Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
